Hoyer teamed up with TransworldSURF and the guys behind Fuel's TV show, "Built to Shred" to attempt the first surf rail. It took two sessions to get the rail right but in the end a few of the guys made the whole rail. The show starts off with the surf rail and then after a bunch of skating in Hawaii, ends with the final session on the surf rail. So skip ahead if that's all your after.
